Digital Product License

5.1 Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of AICulture Network LLC or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing or downloading a product grants a limited license; it does not transfer copyright, trademark, character rights, or ownership.

5.2 Permitted Use

Subject to payment and compliance with this license, an adult customer may:

• Download the purchased or authorized files.
• Print reasonable copies for the customer’s immediate household.
• Use the materials during informal family gatherings involving that household.
• Use the materials for homeschool instruction within one immediate household.
• Save one reasonable backup copy for personal household use.

5.3 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or give away the files.
• Email or transfer files to another household.
• Upload files to public or private shared drives, groups, websites, social platforms, marketplaces, or repositories.
• Use one purchase for a classroom, daycare, school, tutoring business, church group, library, camp, therapy practice, organization, or paid event.
• Sell printed copies or finished products made from the materials.
• Use the files or artwork on apparel, merchandise, packaging, promotional goods, print-on-demand products, or commercial products.
• Remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, credit, watermark, or ownership notices.
• Modify, trace, recolor, extract, or adapt artwork for resale or distribution.
• Claim any character, design, activity, or material as your own.
• Use the materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, generator, or commercial automated system.
• Use the materials in NFTs, blockchain products, or tokenized assets.
• Use the files for unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

5.4 Educator and Organization Licensing

Household and homeschool licenses do not cover classrooms or organizations.

Separate educator, daycare, school, library, camp, church, nonprofit, therapy-practice, and organization licenses may be offered later. Contact LaQuana@AICultureNetwork.com for licensing inquiries.

5.5 Access and Technical Protection

Files may be delivered through authenticated accounts, private storage, or expiring signed links. Attempting to bypass those controls violates this license.

5.6 Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete unauthorized copies. AICulture Network may suspend account and download access when reasonably necessary to address a violation.
