3.1 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReadySetTogetherKids.com and the Ready, Set, Together! with Nia & Nas™ Services operated by AICulture Network LLC.

By using the Services, creating an account, making a purchase, or joining the Activity Club, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3.2 Adult Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account, make a purchase, subscribe, or submit information through the Services.

The website does not offer child accounts. Adults are responsible for supervising children who view content or use printed activities.

3.3 Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current adult account information.
• Maintain control of your email account, devices, and sign-in links.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• Use only your own account.
• Keep household access within your immediate household.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or share account access outside your household.

We may suspend or restrict accounts reasonably believed to be compromised, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

3.4 Digital Products and Memberships

Digital products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Your permitted use is defined by the Digital Product License.

Paid memberships are governed by the Activity Club Membership Terms. Prices, billing intervals, renewal disclosures, and included benefits will be displayed before checkout.

3.5 Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Violate any law or another person’s rights.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, membership, or download controls.
• Access another user’s account, purchases, favorites, or files.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, or fraudulent transactions.
• Copy, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content.
• Remove copyright, trademark, ownership, or license notices.
• Use the Services or content to train artificial-intelligence models or datasets without written authorization.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with AICulture Network or Ready, Set, Together!
• Use characters, artwork, names, or materials to create unauthorized merchandise or derivative commercial products.

3.6 Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content—including characters, artwork, videos, music, activity materials, stories, scripts, graphics, branding, logos, page designs, and written content—are owned by AICulture Network LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Ready, Set, Together! with Nia & Nas™ and related names, character identifiers, logos, and branding are claimed trademarks of AICulture Network LLC. Use of ™ does not mean federal registration has been completed.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3.7 External Links

The Services may link to YouTube and future official social-media pages. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, or actions.

3.8 Educational and Activity Information

Activities are provided for entertainment, creativity, and general family-learning purposes. They are not medical, therapeutic, psychological, developmental, legal, or professional educational advice.

Adults must assess whether an activity, material, tool, movement, craft, or instruction is appropriate for their child and environment. Adult supervision is required. Follow product labels and age recommendations for any household or craft materials.

3.9 Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We do not guarantee that every feature, resource, video, or product will remain available indefinitely.

We will not remove an adult’s continuing access to a purchased digital product without a valid reason such as legal restriction, security risk, refund, chargeback, license violation, or discontinued hosting beyond our reasonable control. We may provide a replacement or reasonable download period when appropriate.

3.10 Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, intellectual property, or legal rights. Termination for serious license abuse or fraud may result in loss of access without refund where permitted by law.

3.11 Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free files, specific learning outcomes, compatibility with every device or printer, or complete protection against every security threat.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

3.12 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AICulture Network LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

3.13 Informal Dispute Resolution and Ohio Law

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at LaQuana@AICultureNetwork.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be brought in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Ohio, unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

3.14 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated when reasonably appropriate. The latest version will display its effective date.
