Ready, Set, Together! Activity Club Membership Terms

4.1 Membership

The Ready, Set, Together! Activity Club is an adult-managed digital membership offered by AICulture Network LLC.

Only adults age 18 or older may purchase and manage a membership.

4.2 Plans and Pricing

The initial plans are:

• Monthly membership: $9.99 per month.
• Annual membership: $99 per year.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled.

By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe and AICulture Network LLC to charge the payment method associated with your subscription at each renewal.

The checkout page will display the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal disclosure, and cancellation information before purchase.

4.4 No Free Trial

The Activity Club does not include a free trial unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Free resources, including the Starter Activity Pack, do not create a paid membership.

4.5 Included Benefits

Active members may receive:

• A new themed activity pack each month.
• Access to the available coloring and printable library.
• Worksheets, learning games, crafts, and offline activities.
• Parent activity guides.
• Exclusive videos and bonus activities.
• Eligible member discounts.
• Seasonal and holiday collections.

Specific resources and benefits may change as the library grows. Membership does not guarantee that every resource ever offered will remain available forever.

4.6 Household Use

One membership may be used within the member’s immediate household. Account credentials and protected files may not be shared with another household, classroom, daycare, school, organization, online group, or shared-drive community.

4.7 Cancellation

Members may cancel through the available Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation:

• Stops the next automatic renewal.
• Does not normally reverse a charge already processed.
• Allows access through the end of the current paid billing period.
• Does not pause the membership.

After the paid period ends, membership-only access will expire. Separately purchased digital products will remain available according to their applicable purchase terms.

4.8 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment or request an updated payment method. Membership access may be limited or suspended while payment remains past due. Access may be restored when payment is successfully resolved.

4.9 Pricing for Existing Members

Members will retain the membership price under which they originally subscribed for as long as that subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.

If a membership expires or is canceled and the former member later rejoins, the current price at the time of rejoining will apply.

4.10 Refunds

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable after processing. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, or unresolved technical failures.

Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4.11 Termination for Misuse

We may suspend or terminate membership for fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing outside the household, unauthorized redistribution, resale, security attacks, or material violations of these terms.
