Privacy Policy
1.1 Introduction
AICulture Network LLC (“AICulture Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates ReadySetTogetherKids.com and the Ready, Set, Together! with Nia & Nas™ website, digital shop, and Activity Club (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us. The Services are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. Only adults who are at least 18 years old may create accounts, make purchases, join the Activity Club, subscribe to marketing emails, or contact us through the website.
1.2 Information We Collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Account registration and authentication information.
- Your consent to receive email communications.
- Your acceptance of our policies and membership terms.
- Purchase, order, subscription, cancellation, and refund information.
- Saved activities, favorites, download history, and membership activity.
- Communications you send to customer support.
- Information you voluntarily provide when responding to surveys or emails.
Passwords, authentication credentials, and passwordless sign-in links are managed through our authentication provider. We do not intend to receive or store your password in readable form.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect your name, billing address, payment-card information, and other information necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, issue receipts, manage subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not intend to collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on our own servers.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device and operating-system information.
- General location derived from an IP address.
- Login, authentication, and security-event data.
- Pages viewed, links selected, and referring pages.
- Dates, times, and duration of activity.
- Download and purchase-related events.
- Cookie and similar-technology information.
- Error, performance, and diagnostic information.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or behavioral-advertising pixels. If we add nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required before activating them.
1.3 How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create, verify, secure, and administer adult accounts.
- Authenticate users and provide passwordless or password-reset access.
- Process one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.
- Provide purchased, free, and member-only downloads.
- Verify product and membership entitlements.
- Save favorites and personalize the adult account experience.
- Deliver the free Starter Activity Pack.
- Send account, order, billing, security, and service messages.
- Send marketing emails when you subscribe.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- Respond to customer-service and accessibility requests.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Enforce our Terms, licenses, and policies.
- Maintain records required for accounting, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and legal compliance.
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of AICulture Network, our users, and others.
1.4 Email Communications
When an adult requests the free Starter Activity Pack, the form will clearly disclose that submitting the form also subscribes that adult to marketing emails from Ready, Set, Together! by AICulture Network™.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may continue to send nonmarketing communications that are necessary to administer your account, purchases, subscriptions, security, or requested support.
1.5 How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the Services, including:
- Supabase: authentication, database, account records, and protected file storage.
- Stripe: payment processing, subscriptions, billing, receipts, fraud prevention, refunds, and customer billing management.
- Kit: marketing email subscriptions, tags, and automated email sequences.
- Resend: transactional and authentication email delivery.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot detection and form protection, if enabled.
- ChatGPT Sites and related hosting providers: website hosting, delivery, and operation.
- YouTube/Google: embedded official videos and outbound links.
- Domain, security, support, and error-monitoring providers: as activated and described in updated notices.
We may also disclose information:
- At your direction or with your consent.
- To professional advisers, contractors, or service providers subject to appropriate duties.
- To comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests.
- To protect the security, rights, property, or safety of AICulture Network, users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
1.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to provide authentication, security, preferences, account sessions, checkout functionality, and core website operation.
Nonessential analytics and advertising technologies are not enabled at launch. If they are introduced, visitors will be offered equally visible choices to:
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject nonessential cookies.
- Customize cookie preferences.

1.7 Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- While an account or membership remains active.
- For the period necessary to provide access to purchased digital products.
- For legally required accounting, tax, fraud, chargeback, contract, and dispute-resolution periods.
- For security, backup, and operational continuity.
Free accounts that remain inactive for 24 months may be scheduled for deletion after reasonable advance notice, unless we must retain certain records for legal, security, transactional, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Deletion of an account does not necessarily delete records that we are legally permitted or required to retain. When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate information as appropriate.
1.8 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include encrypted connections, managed authentication, email verification, access controls, private file storage, expiring download links, Row Level Security, rate limiting, bot protection, audit logs, and restricted administrative access.
No website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, authentication links, devices, and account access.
1.9 Your Choices and Requests
You may email us to request:
- Access to information associated with your account.
- Correction of inaccurate account information.
- Deletion of your account, subject to permitted retention.
- Withdrawal from marketing emails.
- Help with privacy questions.
- A review of consent or account records.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To protect users, we will not disclose account information when we cannot reasonably verify the requester.

1.10 Children’s Privacy
The Services feature content for children ages 3–6, but the website’s accounts, commerce, email, and support functions are designed for adults.
We do not knowingly request or intentionally collect personal information directly from children. We do not provide child accounts, public profiles, comments, chat, user uploads, contests, or social-networking tools.

1.11 External Websites and Social Platforms
The Services may link to YouTube and future official social-media pages. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Selecting an external link may allow that platform to collect information according to its practices.
Official social links will be hidden until the corresponding official account is active. The website does not host an internal social feed or accept public user submissions.
1.12 United States Service
The Services are initially offered to adults in the United States. Information may be processed by service providers in the United States and other locations where those providers operate, subject to their terms and applicable law.
1.13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, security, or service changes. The revised policy will display a new “Last updated” date. When appropriate, we may also provide notice by email or through the Services.
